This breakfast bowl is cool, creamy and full of fresh strawberries. The chia gives it a pudding-like texture, while the pecans add crunch and richness.

Ingredients:
- 300ml milk
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 200g fresh strawberries, chopped (British if in season)
- 2 tbsp roughly chopped pecans
- Extra yoghurt to serve, optional
Method:
- Stir together milk, chia seeds, honey and vanilla.
- Leave in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Spoon into bowls and top with chopped strawberries and pecans.
- Add a spoonful of yoghurt if you like.
