Ingredients:
- 400g Greek yoghurt
- 200g granola (See our other granola recipe)
- 250g fresh mixed berries (British if in season)
- Mixed omega seeds
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Method:
- Stir the vanilla into the yoghurt.
- Spoon a layer of yoghurt into each glass or jar.
- Add a layer of granola, then a layer of berries.
- Repeat the layers until the pots are full.
