Ingredients:
- 200g fresh berries (British if they’re in season)
- 1 banana
- 200g Greek yoghurt
- 200ml milk or any non-dairy milk
- 2 tbsp rolled oats
- 1 tsp honey
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
