Dopamine at Dawn

The Puzzle and Rhiannon Lambert

We recently launched our Dopamine at Dawn campaign which encouraged us all to get a dopamine boost and help start the day right during the winter months when our body has to work harder to produce the ‘happy hormone’.

Alongside encouraging you to add a handful of berries to your breakfasts to help boost your mood, we also challenged you to take part in our dopamine-boosting brainteaser!

The puzzle

We challenged people to spot one strawberry, one raspberry, one blueberry and one blackberry in a unique puzzle designed to spark dopamine production.

Incorporating these hidden berries into your breakfast during winter months is in fact a great way to boost dopamine, as it’s a simple way to bring a bit more enjoyment to the plate, given berries vibrant colours and sweet flavours help make breakfast feel more appealing.

The four berries are hidden in the busy scene of dopamine-boosting activities, including exercises like cycling, playing tennis and football, as well as being outdoors, enjoying nature, and spending time with family and friends.

It should take you less than 60 seconds to spot all 4 berries, with the quickest time set at 30.7 seconds. Why not give it a go yourself?
