Ingredients:
- 500g fresh berries – strawberries, blackberries, blueberries and raspberries (British if in season)
- 2 tbsp honey
- Small bunch of fresh mint, chopped roughly
- Juice of 1 lime
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Method:
- Make a simple dressing with the lime juice and honey. Adjust to your liking.
- Chop the larger strawberries and mix into a large serving platter.
- Add the remaining mixed berries.
