Mulled Berry Toddy

INGREDIENTS

  • 50 ML CHAPEL DOWN GIN
  • 15 ML BLACKBERRY SUGAR SYRUP
  • 2 BOTTLES CURIOUS APPLE
  • 2 SACHETS OF MULLED CIDER SPICES
  • 5 LARGE BLACKBERRIES
  • 1 CINNAMON STICK

 

METHOD

  • ADD CIDER AND SPICES TO A PAN AND BRING TO BOIL
  • LEAVE TO SIMMER FOR 5 MINUTES
  • ADD GIN AND SUGAR SYRUP TO CLEAR MUG / GLASS
  • TOP UP WITH MULLED CIDER
  • GARNISH WITH BLACKBERRY AND CINNAMON STICK
