Mulled Berry Toddy
INGREDIENTS
- 50 ML CHAPEL DOWN GIN
- 15 ML BLACKBERRY SUGAR SYRUP
- 2 BOTTLES CURIOUS APPLE
- 2 SACHETS OF MULLED CIDER SPICES
- 5 LARGE BLACKBERRIES
- 1 CINNAMON STICK
METHOD
- ADD CIDER AND SPICES TO A PAN AND BRING TO BOIL
- LEAVE TO SIMMER FOR 5 MINUTES
- ADD GIN AND SUGAR SYRUP TO CLEAR MUG / GLASS
- TOP UP WITH MULLED CIDER
- GARNISH WITH BLACKBERRY AND CINNAMON STICK
