On-the-go berry, granola and chia seed pots
These little pots are fresh, creamy and crunchy, and they are ideal for mornings when you want something nourishing that you can take with you. The berries add a delicate sweetness while the chia and granola add texture and make it feel much more substantial.
Why it’s good for you:
Chia seeds are rich in fibre and omega-3 fats, which support digestion, heart health and satiety. Yoghurt helps support gut health, while berries provide vitamins and antioxidants to help the body feel energised and protected.
Serves:
4 small pots
Ingredients:
- 200g Greek yoghurt
- 150ml milk (or non-dairy milk)
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 200g fresh berries (British if in season)
- 120g granola
Method:
- Mix the milk with the chia seeds, honey and vanilla.
- Leave for 10–15 minutes to thicken slightly.
- Spoon into jars or pots.
- Fill with the berries and yoghurt.
- Top with the granola.
- Seal and chill until ready to eat.
