Serves:
4 small pots
Ingredients:
- 200g Greek yoghurt
- 150ml milk (or non-dairy milk)
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 200g fresh berries (British if in season)
- 120g granola
Method:
- Mix the milk with the chia seeds, honey and vanilla.
- Leave for 10–15 minutes to thicken slightly.
- Spoon into jars or pots.
- Fill with the berries and yoghurt.
- Top with the granola.
- Seal and chill until ready to eat.
