Serves:

4 small pots

Ingredients:

  • 200g Greek yoghurt
  • 150ml milk (or non-dairy milk)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 200g fresh berries (British if in season)
  • 120g granola

Method:

  1. Mix the milk with the chia seeds, honey and vanilla.
  2. Leave for 10–15 minutes to thicken slightly.
  3. Spoon into jars or pots.
  4. Fill with the berries and yoghurt.
  5. Top with the granola.
  6. Seal and chill until ready to eat.
