Spiced Blackberry Gin

INGREDIENTS

  • 50 ML CHAPEL DOWN GIN
  • 15 ML SUGAR SYRUP
  • 2 BOTTLES OF FEVER-TREE GINGER ALE
  • 4 BLACKBERRIES
  • 1 CINNAMON STICK

 

METHOD

  • ADD GINGER ALE TO PAN AND BRING TO THE BOIL
  • ADD GIN AND SUGAR SYRUP TO CLEAR MUG / GLASS
  • TOP UP WITH WARM GINGER ALE
  • DROP IN 4 BLACKBERRIES
  • GARNISH WITH CINNAMON STICK
