INGREDIENTS
- 50 ML CHAPEL DOWN GIN
- 15 ML SUGAR SYRUP
- 2 BOTTLES OF FEVER-TREE GINGER ALE
- 4 BLACKBERRIES
- 1 CINNAMON STICK
METHOD
- ADD GINGER ALE TO PAN AND BRING TO THE BOIL
- ADD GIN AND SUGAR SYRUP TO CLEAR MUG / GLASS
- TOP UP WITH WARM GINGER ALE
- DROP IN 4 BLACKBERRIES
- GARNISH WITH CINNAMON STICK
