Ingredients:

  • 200g fresh berries (British if they’re in season)
  • 1 banana
  • 200g Greek yoghurt
  • 200ml milk or any non-dairy milk
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Method:

  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
